The coffee table was damaged, two with the 3 plastic chairs outside were being damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a major improvement for the deck. The house has so much potential it is unhappy to check out it getting operate down. I Completely loved the area, but when improvements aren't made would not lease house yet again.
